At Draped Premium Hair Co., we are committed to delivering premium services, exceptional results, and a professional, respectful experience for every client. The following policies are in place to support appointment quality, timing, and preparedness, while ensuring consistency and fairness across all services.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Health & Wellness
For the safety of all clients and to maintain a healthy salon environment:

Please do not book or attend an appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing, fever, cold, or flu-like symptoms.

If you have been recently exposed to COVID-19 or are feeling unwell, please wait until you are fully recovered before booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, contact drapedpremiumhair@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Booking & Retainers
A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments.

The retainer confirms your reserved time and is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Retainer amounts have increased effective 2026 to reflect rising material and service costs.

Retainers are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
Pricing Updates
Effective January 1, 2026, pricing has been adjusted for the following:

All extension services (excluding Tape-In services)

All extension products (excluding Tape-In extensions)
Current pricing is reflected at the time of booking and is subject to change without notice.
Hair Preparation & Detangling Policy
Clients are expected to arrive with hair that is clean, fully detangled, and ready for service.
Excessive tangling, matting, or unprepared hair may require additional time and effort.
A mandatory detangling fee starting at $75 will be applied when hair is excessively tangled.
In severe cases, services may be shortened, modified, or declined at the stylist’s discretion to protect hair integrity and appointment timing.
Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is provided.

Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.

Late arrivals do not qualify for refunds or retainer transfers.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduled appointments must be rebooked within 10 days of the original appointment date.

Retainers are forfeited for cancellations or reschedules made outside the 48-hour window.
Payments
Accepted forms of payment include:

Cash

Debit/Credit cards (subject to a 3.5% processing fee)
Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
