If you’re showing signs of illness—sneezing, coughing, fever, or cold symptoms—or have been exposed to COVID-19, please wait to book until you're fully well. Already booked and feeling sick? Email drapedpremiumhair@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. Retainers/ Deposits All retainers are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Late Policy There’s a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be adjusted or rescheduled based on the time available. Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled up to **48 hours in advance** and may be booked up to **30 days out** from the original date.
