At Draped Premium Hair Co., we’re committed to delivering premium service, exceptional results, and a welcoming experience for every client. These policies are designed to keep things smooth, fair, and respectful for everyone.


Health & Wellness

If you’re experiencing symptoms of illness—such as sneezing, coughing, fever, or cold—or have been recently exposed to COVID-19, please wait to book until you’re fully recovered.
Already have an appointment but feel unwell? Please email drapedpremiumhair@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Booking & Retainers

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. This payment is applied toward your total service cost and confirms your reserved time.

 

Late Arrivals

We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arriving later than this may result in an adjusted service or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
 

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Rescheduled services can be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date.

Payments

We accept:

  • Cash

  • Debit/Credit cards (subject to a 3.5% processing fee)
